We strive for transparent pricing.

No jokes. No games. No fees. No surprises.

What we say is what you pay.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer flat pricing because every job is different. If you want an exact price we’d be happy to get you an estimate but this page is meant only as a starting point for what you’d pay. We take many factors into account when pricing. Square footage, how dirty, surface type, vegetation, architecture, obstacles, and risk to the worker are some factors we look at just to name a few but there are many more. We always try to make our services meet your budget and needs. We will also go over the basics of how we clean each surface so you know what to expect. The prices shown should represent the stand-alone service but often become cheaper when bundled with other services.

House Washing

A standard house wash cleans all the organic growth off your house. This cleans all the black and green mold, mildew, and algae that grow on your house. This includes cleaning all the organic growth on the exterior of your gutters. House washing typically ranges from $200-$600 but some select houses could be out of this range. In this area, a relatively common 2-story house around 2200 sq ft will be around $300, give or take depending on the architecture and other factors.

Concrete Cleaning

Concrete cleaning uses high pressure to evenly remove all the black mold and mildew that turn the concrete from bright white to gray over time. Usually, concrete is priced by the square footage and how dirty it is. Concrete cleaning usually ranges from $150 to $450 but very large driveways can be much more. An average driveway fitting about 6 cars would be around $200, a little more or a little less depending on how dirty it is.

Roof Cleaning

Roof cleaning can vary widely based on the type of roof, the architecture of the house, the pitch of the roof, surrounding vegetation, size of the roof and many other factors. Because of these many factors, roof cleaning prices can be given by quote only. Typically this is classified as a luxury service but total costs can be reduced by bundling it with a house wash or other services.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutter cleaning prices depend largely on the linear footage of the gutters on a home but are also impacted by many factors such as the number of ladder placements and architecture. Because of this gutter cleaning is done by quote only. Gutter cleaning is very affordable when paired with a house or roof wash.

Fence Cleaning

Fence cleaning will bring your dingy fence back to life by ridding it of any organic growth present. Fences are priced by the linear most of the time but many other factors are considered especially the fencing material. Fence cleaning varies wildly depending on if all sides are desired cleaned as well as which faces of the fence are cleaned. Commonly only the part of the fence that someone sees from their backyard is only cleaned, an average wooden fence with the inward face being cleaned on all four sides will be around $400.

Deck Cleaning

Deck cleaning is often the most-ranging service. The decking material plays a huge role in this whether it’s composite, raw wood, painted, sealed, or stained. The amount of deck furniture and railing length and type are other things to be considered. Additionally, the height of the deck is important, decks elevated up a full staircase off the ground are more difficult to clean. An average-sized raw wood deck would be around $250, but very large decks could get close to $1000.

Brick Cleaning

Most brick cleaning takes place in the form of walkways and patios. Flat brick cleaning is priced similarly to concrete but is typically a bit more expensive just because of the extra care that must be taken not to destroy the mortar. Brick cleaning is not very commonly a stand-alone service and usually occurs in a situation where someone has a concrete drive has a brick sidewalk. Vertical brick, like very dirty retaining walls, will be priced higher than flat brick, this is different than pricing brick houses.

Paver Cleaning

Paver cleaning is largely similar to brick cleaning except that the pavers are not secured with mortar they are simply set on or in the ground. Similarly, the pricing will typically be a bit more than standard concrete. After cleaning much of the sand or dirty between pavers will be washed away which is why we recommend resanding once the pavers are cleaned. This ensures they stay in place for years to come. Resanding is very difficult to put a general price on and is done solely on a case-by-case basis.
